RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) received, you may return the items to us for store creditWe have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@alumniblu.com.  Please state in the subject line: Return Request. In addition, state your order number in your email message. 

Once items are received and inspected you will receive a store credit, excluding any shipping cost. Item(s) are fully inspected before shipping and must be returned in the same: unworn, in original condition with tags still attached and be free of any indications of wear. We will absolutely not accept Item(s) that appear to be in any other condition or have tags removed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Shipping Return Cost

Item(s) approved for returns will be issued a shipping label from Alumni Blu. Once shipping label has been provide item(s) must be returned back to us within 7 business days.

However, non-approved items for returns we reserve the right to return the item(s) back to you.

Exchanges & Refunds

Alumni Blu at this time does not offer exchanges nor refunds. We recommend to return any item(s) that you are not satisfied with first. 

Store policy states that any item(s) being returned must be: unworn, in original condition with tags still attached and be free of any indications of wear.

Once returns have been accepted, then proceed to purchase new item(s) with store credit.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are final sales and cannot be returned.

Undelivered Items

If USPS is unable to deliver your order, it will be held for you to collect. If you do not collect these items in a timely matter your order will be returned to us. All items will be automatically receive store credit and you will be notified by email.

Mail your return item to the address below:

Allow 7-10 days from the time we received your return for your store credit to be processed. Once return is processed and store credit is issued, you will received a confirmation email.
