SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION

Alumni Blu is currently shipping only to customers within the U.S at this time. We will provide update when we expand our shipping internationally. Thank you.

Pre-Orders

 

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Order is a process that allows customers to purchase and secure items from an upcoming collection before it sells out. Pre-order items are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. Each Pre-order item will be given an estimated shipping date.

Pre-order items are labeled as "Pre-Order" when added to your cart. Simply add them to your cart just like any other item and check out.

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are also located in the shipping description on product page and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the pre-order items we will begin to process order and ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number.

For pre-orders with multiple items, we'll ship your complete order once everything is in stock. Note that some items may arrive earlier than others.

When will you charge me for my item?

All pre-orders items will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.

 

Shipping Times

1 - 3 business days - Priority Mail Domestic Shipping

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. 

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Processing

All order(s) will be processed Monday through Friday within 1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, once payment is verified.

You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.

If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery, otherwise your item will be returned to us ( see undeliverable section in Return Policy)
